Proposed Rule Reviews Texas Education Agency The Texas Education Agency (TEA) files this notice of intention to review 19 TAC Chapter 74, Curriculum Requirements, pursuant to the Appropriations Act of 1997, HB 1, Article IX, Section 167. As part of this review process, the TEA is proposing amendments to sec.sec.74.1-74.3, 74.11-74.13, 74.22-74.27, and 74.30.
