WITHDRAWN RULESAn agency may withdraw a proposed action or the remaining effectiveness of an emergency action by filing a notice of withdrawal with the Texas Register. The notice is effective immediately upon filling or 20 days after filing as specified by the agency withdrawing the action. If a proposal is not adopted or withdrawn within six months of the date of publication in the Texas Register, it will automatically be withdrawn by the office of the Texas Register and a notice of the withdrawal will appear in the Texas Register.
