Advisory Opinion Requests
AOR-333 The Ethics Commission has been asked to consider whether a settlement 
paid to the plaintiffs in a lawsuit may be given to a political party to use for 
campaign purposes.
AOR-334 The question raised in this draft is whether the contribution limits in 
the Judicial Campaign Fairness Act apply to a judicial officeholder's 
contributions to his child's judicial race.
