    To be a member of the Board of Vocational Nurse Examiners for a term to

77901. Mrs. Sims will be replacing Doris A. Parker of Palestine whose term 
expired.
    To be a member of the Board of Vocational Nurse Examiners for a term to

Antonio, Texas 78230. Mr. Perales will be replacing Betty Fox McLemore of 
Longview whose term expired.

Dr. Rice will be filling the unexpired term of Dr. Morris Spector of San Antonio

    To be a member of the Texas National Research Laboratory Commission for a 
term to expire February 1, 2001: Rolf R. Haberecht, 10984 Crooked Creek Drive, 
Dallas, Texas 75229. Mr. Haberecht will be filling the unexpired term of George 
S. Bayoud, Jr. of Dallas who resigned.
    To be a member of the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officer Standards 
and Education for a term to expire August 30, 2001: Claudia Ann Bretz, 1406 West 
19th Street, Odessa, Texas 79763. Deputy Bretz will be replacing William P. 
Whitworth of Seguin whose term expired.
    To be a member of the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officer Standards 
and Education for a term to expire August 30, 2001: The Honorable Frances A. 
Kaiser, 124 Lamb Creek Road, Kerrville, Texas 78028. Sheriff Kaiser will be 
replacing Barbara J. Childress of Richland Hills whose term expired.
    To be a member of the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officer Standards 
and Education for a term to expire August 30, 2001: Corporal Onzelo Markum, III, 
One Signature Park Drive, #1606, League City, Texas 77573-6517. Corporal Markum 
will be replacing J. C. Mosier of Houston whose term expired.
    To be a member of the Real Estate Research Advisory Committee for a term to 
expire January 31, 2001: Carlos Madrid, Jr., 3919 Fawnridge Drive, San Antonio, 
Texas 78229. Mr. Madrid will be replacing Don R. Ellis of Del Rio whose term 
expired.
    To be a member of the Real Estate Research Advisory Committee for a term to

Mrs. Cigarroa will be replacing Richard Seline of Houston whose term expired.

Littlefield, Texas 79339. Dr. Hedges will be replacing Dr. John Scott Chennault 
of Caldwell whose term expired.

Mr. Deter is being reappointed.

Appointments Made December 20, 1995
    To be chairman of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission for a term at the 
pleasure of the Governor: Allan Shivers, Jr. of Austin. Mr. Shivers will be 
replacing Roy Orr of DeSoto as chairman. Mr. Orr will continue to serve on the 
commission.
    To be a member of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission for a term to 
expire November 15, 2001: Allan Shivers, Jr., 1200 Gaston Avenue, Austin, Texas 
78703. Mr. Shivers will be replacing Steven R. Baker of Houston whose term 
expired.
