  As required by Texas Civil Statutes, Article 6252-13a, sec.6, the Texas 
Register publishes executive orders issued by the Governor of Texas. 
Appointments and proclamations are also published. Appointments are published in 
chronological order. Additional information on documents submitted for

Appointments Made June 2, 1995
      To be a member of the General Services Commission for a term at the 
pleasure of the Governor. Mr. Jackson will be replacing Paul Hobby of Houston as 
chairman. Mr. Hobby will continue to serve on the commission.

Appointments Made June 7, 1995
      To be a member of the Texas Workers' Compensation Commission for a term to 
expire February 1, 2001: Richard F. Reynolds, 4623-E Pinehurst Drive. South, 
Austin, Texas 78747. Mr. Reynolds will be replacing Jack Garey of Austin whose 
term expired.
      To be a member of the 76th Judicial District Court, Camp, Morris, and 
Titus Counties, effective July 1, 1995, until the next General Election and 
until his successor shall be duly elected and qualified: Jimmy L. White, Route 
5, Box 107, Mt. Pleasant, Texas 75455. Mr. White will be replacing Judge B. D. 
Moye of Mt. Pleasant who resigned.
      To be a member of the Texas Board of Health for a term to expire February 
1, 2001: Walter D. Wilkerson, Jr., M.D., 1516 North San Jacinto Street, Conroe, 
Texas 77301-1944. Dr. Wilkerson will be replacing William A. Scott of Houston 
who is deceased.
      To be a member of the Board of Trustees of the Texas County and District 
Retirement System for a term to expire December 31, 1999: The Honorable Martha 
Gustavsen, Montgomery County Treasurer, P.O. Box 1307, Conroe, Texas 77305. Mrs. 
Gustavsen will be filling the unexpired term of Katy Caldwell of Houston who 
resigned.

Appointments Made June 8, 1995
      To be a member of the Texas Turnpike Authority Board of Directors. Mr. 
Thompson will be replacing Luther G. Jones, Jr. of Corpus Christi as chair. Mr. 
Jones will remain on the board.
      To be a member of the Lower Colorado River Authority Board of Directors 
for a term to expire February 1, 2001: E. Peter Pincoffs, 4604 Ridge Oak Drive, 
Austin, Texas 78731. Mr. Pincoffs will be replacing James A. Martin of Austin 
whose term expired.
      To be a member of the Lower Colorado River Authority Board of Directors 
for a term to expire February 1, 2001: Hilda C. Kroll, P.O. Box 152, Johnson 
City, Texas 78636. Ms. Kroll is being reappointed.
      To be a member of the Lower Colorado River Authority Board of Directors 
for a term to expire February 1, 2001: C. Patrick Oles, Jr., 1502 Hardouin, 
Austin, Texas 78703. Mr. Oles is being reappointed.
      To be a member of the Lower Colorado River Authority Board of Directors 
for a term to expire February 1, 1999: Frederick L. Henneke, Route 2, P.O. Box 
263, Hunt, Texas 78024. Mr. Henneke will be replacing Roy Bandy of Luling whose 
term expired.
      To be a member of the Lower Colorado River Authority Board of Directors 
for a term to expire February 1, 2001: Steve D. Rivers, Star Route, Box 9, 
Bastrop, Texas 78602. Mr. Rivers will be replacing Ray Knox of Blanco whose term 
expired.
