Mrs. Bonnano will be replacing Chris D. Prentice of Lubbock whose term expired. To be a member of the Public Counsel of the Office of Public Utility Counsel for a term to expire February 1, 1997: Suzi Ray McClellan, 2637 Deerfoot Trail, Austin, Texas 78704. Mrs. McClellan will be replacing Walter Washington of Austin whose term expired. To be a member of the State Aircraft Pooling Board for a term to expire January 31, 2001: Joe B.
