Appointments Made September 23, 1993
      To be a member of the Governing Board of the Texas School for the Blind 
and Visually Impaired for a term to expire January 31, 1999: Roseanna Currey 
Davidson, Ed.D., 5221 28th Street, Lubbock, Texas 79407. Dr. Davidson will be 
replacing Dr. Michael Connolly of Nacogdoches, whose term expired.
      To be a member of the Governing Board of the Texas School for the Blind 
and Visually Impaired for a term to expire January 31, 1999: Kerry Lee Goodwin, 
6856 Arboreal, Dallas, Texas 75231. Mr. Goodwin is being reappointed.
      To be a member of the Governing Board of the Texas School for the Blind 
and Visually Impaired for a term to expire January 31, 1999: Mary Sue Staples, 
1710 San Rafael, Fort Worth, Texas 76134. Ms. Staples will be replacing Olivia 
Schonberger of El Paso, whose term expired.
      To be Pecos River Compact Commissioner for a term to expire January 23, 
1999: Brad Lee Newton, 1604 North Pecos, Fort Stockton. Mr. Newton will be 
replacing Billy L. Moody of Fort Stockton, whose term expired.
      To be a member of the Texas Advisory Board of Occupational Therapy 
Examiners for a term to expire February 1, 1999: Mary Hurtado Wilson, 911 West 
James, Austin, Texas 78704. Ms. Wilson will be replacing Sally Wise Schultz of 
Plano, who resigned.
      To be a member of the Polygraph Examiners Board for a term to expire June 
18, 1999: Captain William J. Taylor, Polygraph Service Commander, Texas 
Department of Public Safety, 5805 North Lamar Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78773-
0001. Captain Taylor is being reappointed.
      To be a member of the Texas Historical Records Advisory Board for a term 
to expire January 23, 1996: Custis Wright (Eleanor C.), 5304 Western Hills 
Drive, Austin, Texas 78731. Ms. Wright will be replacing Trisha Wilson of 
Dallas, whose term expired.
      To be a member of the Texas Historical Records Advisory Board for a term 
to expire January 23, 1996: Elizabeth (Libba) Shatto Massey, 4004 Windsor 
Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75205. Ms. Massey will be replacing Iris Schumann of New 
Braunfels, whose term expired.
      To be a member of the School Land Board for a term to expire August 29, 
1995: Richard M. Landsman, 430 Morningside Drive, San Antonio, Texas 78209. Mr. 
Landsman is being reappointed.
      To be a member of the Texas Diabetes Council for a term to expire February 
1, 1997: Glenda Shelton, P.O. Box 12697, Austin, Texas 78711. Ms. Shelton will 
be replacing Robert Steven Davidson of Midland, whose term expired.
