Judge John will be replacing Judge Robert L. Lowry of Houston, who is retiring. To be a member of the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board for a term to expire August 31, 1999: Janie Strauss McGarr, 5338 Wenonah, Dallas, Texas 75209. Ms. McGarr will be replacing Kathryn Priddy of Dallas, whose term expired.
