   As required by Texas Civil Statutes, Article 6252-13a,  sec.6, the Texas 
Register publishes executive orders issued by the Governor of Texas. are 
published in Chronological order. Additional information on documents submitted

Appointments Made August 30, 1993      To be a member of the Texas State Board 
of Dental Examiners  for a term to expire May 10, 1999: Alan Stuart Markoff, 
D.D.S., 306 Bunker Hill Road, Houston, Texas 77024. Dr. Markoff will be 
replacing Dr. Roger Byrne of Corpus Christi, whose term expired.        To be a 
member of the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners  for a term to expire May 
10, 1999: Israel Torres, D.D.S., 416 Lindbergh Street, El Paso, Texas 79932. Dr. 
Torres will be replacing Dr. Ronald Shamblin of Jasper, whose term expired.        
To be a member of the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners  for a term to 
expire May 10, 1999: Donna R. Williams, D.D.S., 6309 Bainbridge, Odessa, Texas 
79762. Dr. Williams will be replacing Dr. Charles Ku of Flower Mound, whose term 
expired.        To be a member of the State Board of Dental Examiners for a term 
to expire May 10, 1999: Walter Bounds, 431 King Street, Center, Texas 79535. Mr. 
Bounds will be replacing Mary Spinks of Houston, whose term expired.          

Appointments Made September 1, 1993      To be a member of the Public Utility 
Commission of Texas for a term to expire September 1, 1999: Sarah J. Goodfriend, 
Ph.D., 1818 South Lakeshore Boulevard #45, Austin, Texas 78741. Dr. Goodfriend 
will be replacing Marta Greytok of Seabrook, whose term expired.        To be a 
member of the Texas Commission of Alcohol and Drug Abuse  for a term to expire 
June 8, 1999: Fred Dotson, 2208 Western Drive, Midland, Texas 79705. Mr. Dotson 
will be replacing J. Coley Cowden of Austin, whose term has expired.        To 
be a member of the Texas Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse  for a term to 
expire June 8, 1999: John McDonald, Route 1 Box 1613, Palestine, Texas 75801. 
Mr. McDonald will be replacing Jerry Deere from Freeport, who resigned.        
To be a member of the Texas Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse  for a term to 
expire June 8, 1999: Vernice M. Monroe, 4825 Cornell Drive, Beaumont, Texas 
77705. Ms. Monroe will be replacing Randall Schmidt of Fort Worth, whose term 
has expired.
