Appointments Made February 23, 1993
  To be a member of the Public Counsel of the Office of Consumer Protection, 
State Board of Insurance for a term to expire February 1, 1995: Amy Ruth 
Johnson, 1310 Kenwood Avenue, Austin, Texas 78704. Ms. Johnson is being 
reappointed.
  To be a member of the Texas Water Development Board for a term to expire 
December 31, 1997: Charles W. Jenness, 1220, Augusta, Houston, Texas 77057. Mr. 
Jenness is being reappointed.

  To be a member of the Texas Employment Commission for a term to expire 
February 1, 1999: Jackie William St. Clair, 9609 Braeburn Glen, Austin, Texas 
78729. Mr. St. Clair will be replacing Charles E. Haddock of Dallas, who is 
deceased.
  To be a member of the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs Board

Texas 78572. Mr. Rodriguez is being reappointed.

Texas 78212. Mr. Whitacre will be replacing Claude C. Hobbs of Waco, whose term 
expired.
  To be a member of the Texas Tech University Board of Regents for a term to

Texas 75225. Dr. Now will be replacing Rex Fuller of Lubbock, whose term 
expired.
  To be a member of the Texas National Research Laboratory Commission for a term

whose term expired.

77019. Mr. Lindsey will be replacing Douglas R. DeCluitt of Waco, whose term 
expired.
