Psychologists for a term to expire October 31, 1997:
Roberta L. Nutt, 816 Stone Trail Drive, Flower Mound, Texas 75028.
Dr. Nutt will be replacing Dr. Barbara Adams Bailey of Austin
whose term expired.

To be Chair of the Children's
Trust Fund of Texas Council
for a term at the pleasure of the Governor: Peggy B. Smith of
Houston. Ms. Smith is being reappointed.


To be Chair of the Texas
Partnership for Economic Development
for a term at the pleasure of the Governor: Thomas Lardner of
Dallas. Mr. Lardner is being appointed pursuant to House Bill
Number 2136, 72nd Legislature, Regular Session.

78521. Mr. Kruse is being appointed to a new position pursuant

Odessa, Texas 79762. Dr. Tolia will be replacing Dr. Carlos A.
