Withdrawn Sections
An agency may withdraw proposed action or the remaining effectiveness of 
emergency action on a section by filing a notice of withdrawal with the Texas 
Register. The notice is effective immediately upon filling or 20 days after 
filing. If a proposal is not adopted or withdrawn six months after the date of 
publication in the Texas Register, it will automatically be withdrawn by the 
office of the Texas Register and a notice of the withdrawal will appear in the 
Texas Register .

The Structural Pest Control Board has withdrawn from consideration for permanent 
adoption proposed new and amended sec.593.21, and sec.593.22 which appeared in 
the October 1, 1991, issue of the Texas Register (16 TexReg 5379). The effective 
date of this withdrawal is December 20, 1991.
