Withdrawn Sections An agency may withdraw proposed action or the remaining effectiveness of emergency action on a section by filing a notice of withdrawal with the Texas Register. The notice is effective immediately upon filling or 20 days after filing. If a proposal is not adopted or withdrawn six months after the date of publication in the Texas Register, it will automatically be withdrawn by the office of the Texas Register and a notice of the withdrawal will appear in the Texas Register .
