Except as noted below, the commission has determined that the reasons for
adopting the rules contained in these chapters continue to exist and the rules
are readopted without changes. Rules considered during this review may be
subsequently revised in accordance with the Texas Administrative Procedure
Act.
During the course of its review, the commission determined that the reason
for adopting §91.1, concerning Daily Living, continues to exist but is
addressed elsewhere in the commission's rules with more clarity and specificity.
Therefore, the commission is proposing the repeal of this rule, as published
in the Proposed Rules portion of this issue of the
Texas Register
.
This concludes the commission's review of Chapters 91, 93, and 95.
