Appointed to the Credit Union Commission for a term to expire February 15, 2011, Manuel Cavazos, IV of Austin (replacing Floyde Burnside of San Antonio whose term expired).

Appointed to the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners for a term to expire January 31, 2011, Phillip B. Palmer, Ph.D. of Abilene (replacing Sylvia Davila of San Antonio whose term expired).

Appointed to the Texas Physician Assistant Board for a term to expire February 1, 2011, Anna Arredondo Chapman of Del Rio (replacing Pamela Clark of Coleman whose term expired).

Appointed to the Texas Medical Board for a term to expire April 13, 2007, Margaret McNeese of Houston (replacing Christine Canterbury of Corpus Christi who resigned).

Appointed to the Nortex Regional Review Committee for a term to expire January 1, 2008, Manuel Cruz, Jr. of Paducah (replacing Kenneth Fox).

Appointed to the Middle Rio Grande Regional Review Committee for a term to expire January 1, 2008, Jesse Lee Pendley of Leakey (replacing Charles Carson).

Appointed to the South East Texas Regional Review Committee for a term to expire January 1, 2008, Rebecca M. Ford of Beaumont. Mayor Ford is replacing Regina Lindsey.

Appointed to the Capital Area Regional Review Committee for a term to expire January 1, 2008, Robert M. Bizzell of Flatonia. Councilman Bizzell is replacing Lori Berger.

Appointments for June 1, 2006

Appointed as Judge of the 324th Judicial District Court, Tarrant County, for a term until the next General Election and until his successor shall be duly elected and qualified, Jerome Scott Hennigan of Arlington. Mr. Hennigan is replacing Judge Brian Carper who retired.

Appointed to the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority Board of Directors for a term to expire February 1, 2009, Grace G. Kunde of Seguin (replacing Frederick Schlather of Cibolo whose term expired).

Appointed to the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority Board of Directors for a term to expire February 1, 2011, Tilmon Lee Walker of New Braunfels (replacing Kathleen Devine of New Braunfels whose term expired).

Appointed to the Texas Water Development Board for a term to expire December 31, 2011, Thomas Weir Labatt, III of San Antonio. Mr. Labatt is being reappointed.
