Title 37, Part 3
Pursuant to Government Code, §2001.039, the Texas Youth Commission
(Commission) files this notice of re-adoption for 37 TAC Chapters 81, 85,
and 87. The proposed review was published in the November 11, 2005, issue
of the
Texas Register
(30 TexReg 7505). No
public comments were received regarding this review.
The Commission has determined that the reasons for adopting the rules contained
in these chapters continue to exist. Except as noted below, these chapters
are re-adopted without changes.
During the course of its review, the Commission adopted changes to several
rules. Sections 85.5, 85.51, 85.55, 85.59, 85.61, 85.65, 85.69, 85.95, and
87.1 were amended and re-adopted. Notices of adoption for these rules were
published in the December 16, 2005, issue of the
Texas Register
. Sections 87.2 and 87.4 were re-adopted, and notice
of adoption was published in the January 6, 2006, issue. Finally, §85.41
was re-adopted as published in the January 27, 2006, issue.
This concludes the agency's review of Chapters 81, 85, and 87.
