The Texas Commission on the Arts withdraws the emergency repeal
of §35.1 and §35.2, concerning A Guide to Operations and A Guide
to Programs and Services which was published in the January 6, 2006, issue

will become effective on February 26, 2006. Elsewhere in this issue of the
