1 TAC §352.10
The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) withdraws
the emergency new §352.10, concerning Quality Assurance Fee for the Home
and Community-based Services and Community Living Assistance and Support Services,
which was published in the August 19, 2005, issue of the
Texas Register
(30 TexReg 4767). Elsewhere in this issue of the Texas Register
, the HHSC contemporaneously adopts
new §352.10. The withdrawal of the emergency will become effective on
February 27, 2006, the same date the adopted new rule becomes effective.
