Pursuant to Texas Government Code, §2001.027 and 1 TAC §91.38(d),
the proposed new sections, submitted by the Office of the Governor, Economic
Development and Tourism Division have been automatically withdrawn. The new
sections as proposed appeared in the July 22, 2005 issue of the
Texas Register
(30 TexReg 4167).
