RULES GOVERNING CONDUCT
22 TAC §375.15
The Texas State Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners adopts
new §375.15 regarding Compliance with Orders, Subpoenas, and Investigations
without changes to the proposed text as published in the October 15, 2004,
issue of the
Texas Register
(29 TexReg 9618).
The text will not be republished.
The new rule is being adopted to provide the licensee with information
on requirement for complying with requests for information.
No comments were received in response to the proposed new rule.
The new rule is being adopted under Texas Occupations Code, §202.151,
which provides the Texas State Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners with the
authority to adopt reasonable or necessary rules and bylaws consistent with
the law regulating the practice of podiatry, the law of this state, and the
law of the United States to govern its proceedings and activities, the regulation
of the practice of podiatry and the enforcement of the law regulating the
practice of podiatry.
The adopted new rule implements Texas Occupations Code, §202.507.
This agency hereby certifies that the adoption has been reviewed
by legal counsel and found to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.

an amendment to §376.1 concerning Penalties, without changes to the proposed
text as published in the October 15, 2004, issue of the
Texas Register
(29 TexReg 9618). The text will not be republished.
The amendment is being adopted to better describe the types of action the
Board may take against a licensee.
No comments were received regarding the board's adoption of the amended
section.
The amendments are being adopted under Texas Occupations Code, §202.151,
which provides the Texas State Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners with the
authority to adopt reasonable or necessary rules and bylaws consistent with
the law regulating the practice of podiatry, the law of this state, and the
