The Credit Union Commission has completed the review of Texas Administrative Code Title 7, Chapter 91, §§91.105 relating to applications; 91.110 relating to protest procedures; 91.115 relating to safety at unmanned teller machines; 91.120 relating to loan notice; 91.205 relating to credit union name; 91.210 relating to foreign credit unions; 91.405 relating to records retention; and 91.516 relating to audits and verifications. Notice of the proposed review was published in the September 19, 2003, issue of the Texas Register (28 TexReg 8153).

The Commission received no comments with respect to these rule. The Department believes that the reasons for initially adopting these rules continue to exist. The Commission finds that the reasons for initially adopting 7 TAC §§91.105, 91.110, 91.115, 91.120, 91.205, 91.210, 91.405, and 91.516 continue to exist and readopts these sections without changes, pursuant to the requirements of Government Code, §2001.039.

In accordance with the General Appropriation Act, Article IX, §167, 75th Legislature, the General Appropriations Act, §9-10, 76th Legislature, and Texas Government Code §2001.039 as added by SB-178, 76th Legislature, and pursuant to the notice of intention to review published in the July 18, 2003 issue of the Texas Register , (28 TexReg 5668), the Texas Workers' Compensation Commission (the commission) has assessed whether the reason for adopting or readopting these rules continues to exist. No comments were received regarding the review of these rules.

As a result of the review, the Commission has determined that the reason for adoption of these rules continues to exist. Therefore, the Commission readopts Chapter 124. If the Commission determines that the rules should be revised or repealed, the repeal or revisions of the rules will be accomplished in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act.
