Appointed to the 281st Judicial District Court in Harris County for a term until the next General Election and until his successor shall be duly elected and qualified, David Jorge Bernal of Houston. Mr. Bernal is replacing Judge Jane Bland who has been appointed to the First Appellate District of Texas.
