Pursuant to Texas Government Code, §2001.027 and 1 TAC §91.38(d),
the proposed new §§80.116 - 80.118, submitted by the Texas Department
of Housing and Community Affairs have been automatically withdrawn. The proposed
new sections appeared in the July 25, 2003, issue of the
Texas Register
(28 TexReg 5717).
