Appointments for April 23, 2003
Apppointed to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission for a term to expire
February 1, 2009, Ned S. Holmes of Houston. Mr. Holmes will replace Mr. John
Avila of Fort Worth whose term expired.
Appointed to the Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners for a term to expire
February 1, 2007, Steve Minors, D.C. of Austin. Dr. Minor will replace Dr.
Thomas Rhudy of Rockwall who resigned.
Appointed to the Manufactured Housing Board for a term to expire January
31, 2009, Cary P. Yates of Missouri City.
Designating Cary P. Yates of Missouri City as presiding officer of the
Manufactured Housing Board for a term at the pleasure of the Governor. Mr.
Yates will replace Don Strouder of Plano as presiding officer. Mr. Strouder
no longer serves on the board.
Designating Mayor Betty Pinckard Reinbeck of Sealy as chair of the State
Community Development Review Committee for a term at the pleasure of the Governor.
