The Texas Department of Insurance (Department) has withdrawn new §§5.9910 - 5.9929 adopted on an emergency basis in the December 20, 2002, issue of the Texas Register (27 TexReg 11879). The Department renewed the effectiveness of the emergency adoption in the April 18, 2003, issue of the Texas Register (28 TexReg 3183).
