13 TAC §111.31
The State Preservation Board adopts new §111.31, concerning
Historically Underutilized Business Program, without changes to the proposed
text as published in the March 7, 2003, issue of the
Texas Register
(28 TexReg 2016) and will not be republished.
The section is adopted in order to be in compliance with the Government
Code, §2161.003 which requires state agencies to adopt the Texas Building
and Procurement Commission's HUB Program rules as part of the agencies' administrative
code.
No comments were received regarding adoption of the rule.
The new section is adopted under Texas Government Code, Chapter
443.
This agency hereby certifies that the adoption has been reviewed
by legal counsel and found to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
