Appointments for April 7, 2003
Appointed as Judge of the 408th Judicial District Court, San Antonio, for
a term until the next General Election and until her successor shall be duly
elected and qualified, Rebecca Simmons of San Antonio. Ms. Simmons will replace
Judge Phylis J. Speedlin who was elevated to Justice of the 4th Court of Appeals.

Grady is being reappointed).

term to expire February 1, 2005, Brian D. Shannon of Lubbock (replacing James
Olson of Houston whose term expired).

is being reappointed).
