16 TAC §68.80
The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation is renewing
the effectiveness of the emergency adoption of amended §68.80, for a
60-day period. The text of amended §68.80 was originally published in
the November 23, 2001 issue of the
Texas Register
(26 TexReg 9475). The amendment is simultaneously proposed for permanent
adoption in the proposed section of this issue of the
Texas Register
.
