The Railroad Commission of Texas (Commission) files this notice of intention
to review §3.58, relating to Oil, Gas, or Geothermal Resource Operator's
Reports. This review and consideration is being conducted in accordance with
Tex. Gov't Code, §2001.039 (
as added by Acts
1999, 76th Leg., ch. 1499, §1.11(a)
).
The Commission is concurrently proposing amendments to this rule. As required
by Texas Government Code, §2001.039 (
as added
by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 1499, §1.1(a)
), the Commission will
accept comments regarding whether the reason for readopting the rule with
the proposed amendments continues to exist.
Comments on the notice of intention to review or the proposed amendments

The Texas Workforce Commission (Commission) files this notice of its intent
to review Chapter 800 General Administration, Subchapter A. General Provisions, §§800.1-800.7
in accordance with Texas Government Code §2001.039.
An assessment will be made by the Commission as to whether the reasons
for adopting or readopting the rules continue to exist. This assessment will
be continued during the rule review process. Each rule will be reviewed to
determine whether it is obsolete, whether the rule reflects current legal
and policy considerations, and whether the rule reflects current procedures
of the Commission.

CHAPTER 821. TEXAS PAYDAY RULES

to review Chapter 821 relating to Texas Payday Rules in accordance with Texas
Government Code §2001.039.
An assessment will be made by the Commission as to whether the reasons
for adopting or readopting the rules continue to exist. This assessment will
be continued during the rule review process. Each rule will be reviewed to
determine whether it is obsolete, whether the rule reflects current legal
and policy considerations, and whether the rule reflects current procedures
of the Commission.

Texas Commission on Fire Protection
Title 37, Part 13
The Texas Commission on Fire Protection (the Commission) adopts the review
of Title 37, Texas Administrative Code, Part 13, Chapter 453, concerning Minimum
Standards for Hazardous Materials Technician, in accordance with Government
Code, §2001.039, added by Acts 1999, 76th Legislature, Chapter 1499,
Article I, Section 1.11. The proposed rules review was published in the September
28, 2001, issue of the
Texas Register
(26
TexReg 7581). No comments were received regarding readoption of the chapter.
Specifically, the following sections of Chapter 453 were reviewed: §453.1
Hazardous Materials Technician Certification, §453.3 Minimum Standards
for Hazardous Materials Technician Certification, §453.5 Examination
Requirements, and §453.7 International Fire Service Accreditation Congress
(IFSAC) Certification.
The Commission determined that the original reasons for the adoptions of
these rules continue to exist. As a result of the review process, the Commission
proposed amendments to §453.3 and §453.7 to correct a typographical
error and punctuation. The proposed amendments were published in the September
14, 2001, issue of the
Texas Register
(26
TexReg 7519). No comments were received regarding the proposed amendments.

Chapter 355. Research and Planning Fund
Pursuant to the notice of proposed rule review published in the November
2, 2001, issue of the
Texas Register

TexReg 8855), the Texas Water Development Board (board) has reviewed and considered
for readoption, revision or repeal 31 TAC, Part 10, Chapter 355, Research
and Planning Fund, in accordance with the Texas Government Code, §2001.039.
The board considered, among other things, whether the reasons for adoption
of these rules continues to exist. No comments were received on the proposed
rule review.
As a result of the review, the board determined that the rules are still
necessary and readopts the sections without change because they were implemented
to carry out the powers and duties of the board and of various programs of
the research and planning fund. This completes the Board's review of Chapter
355.

Chapter 377. Hydrographic Survey Program
Pursuant to the notice of proposed rule review published in the November
30, 2001, issue of the
Texas Register

TexReg 9934), the Texas Water Development Board (board) has reviewed and considered
for readoption, revision or repeal 31 TAC, Part 10, Chapter 377, Hydrographic
Survey Program, in accordance with the Texas Government Code, §2001.039.
The board considered, among other things, whether the reasons for adoption
of these rules continues to exist. No comments were received on the proposed
rule review.
As a result of the review, the board determined that the rules are still
necessary and readopts the sections because they govern the board's program
of technical assistance for hydrographic surveys established by Texas Water
Code, Chapter 15, Subchapter M. As a result of the review, the board concurrently
adopts amendments to §377.3 and §377.4. This completes our review
of Chapter 377.
