The Texas Commission on Private Security has withdrawn from consideration the proposed amendment to §425.4 which appeared in the July 27, 2001, issue of the Texas Register (26 TexReg 5569). Section 425.4 was recently repealed in the January 4, 2002 issue of the Texas Register (effective January 10, 2002), however the amendment published in July was never withdrawn.
