40 TAC §§15.800 - 15.804
The Texas Department of Human Services has withdrawn from
consideration proposed new §15.800, concerning the Texas Medicaid Buy-In
(TMBI) pilot program, §15.801, concerning eligibility, §15.802,
concerning annual review, §15.803, concerning competitive employment,
and §15.804, concerning premium, to its new Subchapter I, Texas Medicaid
Buy-In (TMBI) Pilot Project, in its Medicaid Eligibility chapter. The text
of the proposed new sections appeared in the November 16, 2001, issue of the Texas Register
(26 TexReg 9367). The effective date
of the withdrawal is March 27, 2002. Rules for the TMBI Pilot Project will
be republished after federal approval is received.
