ORQ-59 (ID# 144356) Re: What procedures should the Texas State Library and Archives Commission follow in making available for public inspection archived records if the records contain information that may be confidential by law?

Withdrawal of Open Records Request

NOTICE: The following request for decision has been withdrawn by the Texas State Library and Archives Commission, the requesting governmental body. Therefore, no formal open records decision will be rendered on the following request:

ORQ-33 (ID#125658) Re: Whether certain social security numbers and home addresses in Governor Mark White's appointment files and other archived records are confidential, and related questions.

Please note: The Texas State Library and Archives Commission has submitted a new request for a formal decision which replaces ORQ-33. The notification to the public for this new request is being published in the Texas Register as ORQ-59, upon which the Office of the Attorney General will be rendering a formal open records decision.
