Title 40, Part 1

The Texas Department of Human Services files this notice of intention to review Title 40 TAC, Chapter 61 (relating to Community Services), Chapter 69 (relating to Contracted Services), and Chapter 71 (relating to Public Information) pursuant to Texas Government Code §2001.039.

As required by §2001.039, the Department will accept comments regarding whether the reason for adopting each of the rules in 40 TAC, Chapters 61, 69, and 71 continues to exist. The deadline for the comments is 30 days after this publication in the Texas Register .

Texas Juvenile Probation Commission

Title 37, Part 11

The Texas Juvenile Probation Commission files this notice of intention to review Title 37, Part XI, Chapter 343 of the Texas Administration Code relating to Standards for Pre-Adjudication Secure Detention Facilities.

The Texas Juvenile Probation Commission further files notice of intention to review Title 37, Part XI, Chapter 344, of the Texas Administrative Code relating to Standards for Post-Adjudication Secure Correctional Facilities.

As a part of this review process, the Commission may propose amendments. If proposed, amendments will be found in the Proposed Rules section of the Texas Register . The Commission will accept comments within 90 days after publication of this notice to review on the §167 requirement as to whether the reason for adopting the rules continues to exist.

The Texas State Board of Pharmacy proposes the review of Chapter 291 (§291.36), concerning Class A Pharmacies Compounding Sterile Pharmaceuticals, pursuant to the Appropriations Act, §167. In conjunction with this review, the agency is proposing amendments to Chapter 291 (§291.36) published elsewhere in this issue of the Texas Register .

The notice of intention to review §201.13(a) was published in the October 29, 1999, issue of the Texas Register (24 TexReg 9653). The Department has determined that the reason for the initial adoption of this rule continues to exist. No comments were received concerning readoption of this section.
