40 TAC §79.1906
The Texas Department of Human Services has withdrawn from
consideration a proposed amendment to §79.1906, concerning advance notice
of hearing, in its Legal Services chapter. The text of the proposed amendment
appeared in the February 18, 2000, issue of the
Texas Register
(25 TexReg 1272). The effective date of the withdrawal
is immediately upon filing.
