§621.136

§621.137

§621.139

§621.140

The rule review was proposed in the August 27, 1999, issue of the Texas Register (24 TexReg 6853).

Sections 621.129, 621.130, 621.131, 621.132, 621.133, 621.134, 621.135, 621.136, 621.137, 621.138, 621.139 and 621.140 were administratively transferred to the Health and Human Services Commission in the December 11, 1998, issue of the Texas Register (23 TexReg 12686) however, these sections were still promulgated under the ECI's jurisdiction as of September 1, 1998 and are therefore required to be reviewed in accordance with the Appropriations Act.

In addition to the repeal and replacement of Subchapter F, the Health and Human Services Commission is simultaneously adopting the repeal and replacement of 1 TAC §§355.9001-355.9010 and §§355.9012-355.9014, concerning Early Childhood Intervention: Case Management Services for Infants and Toddlers with Developmental Disabilities, elsewhere in this issue of the Texas Register .

No comments were received regarding adoption of the review.

The agency's reason for adopting the rules contained in this chapter continues to exist.

This concludes the review process of Chapter 621 in its entirety.
