40 TAC §§839.35-839.37
The Texas Workforce Commission has withdrawn from consideration
for permanent adoption the proposed new §§839.35-839.37, which appeared
in the February 12, 1999, issue of the
Texas Register
(24 TexReg 932). The Commission has re-proposed these rules for an
additional 30 day comment period elsewhere in this issue of the
Texas Register
.
