The Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners has withdrawn
from consideration for permanent adoption the amendment to §365.14, which
appeared in the March 26,1999, issue of the
Texas
Register
(24 TexReg 2137). The section is being reproposed for public
comment elsewhere in this issue of the
Texas Register
.
