22 TAC §471.5
The Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists adopts
an amendment to §471.5, concerning Updated Information Requirements,
without changes to the proposed text as published in the October 23, 1998,
issue of the
Texas Register (23 TexReg 10797)
and will not be republished.
This rule is being amended to insert a word that was inadvertently omitted
in a prior revision.
This amended rule will make the rules easier to understand and follow by
the general public and by all licensees.
No comments were received regarding adoption of the amendment.
The amendment is adopted under Texas Revised Civil Statutes,
4512c, which provides the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists
with the authority to promulgate rules consistent with the Statute.
This agency hereby certifies that the adoption has been reviewed
by legal counsel and found to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
