Pursuant to Texas Government Code, §2001.027 and 1 TAC
§91.65(c)(2), the proposed new section, submitted by the Texas Parks
and Wildlife Department has been automatically withdrawn. The new section
as proposed appeared in the May 1, 1998, issue of the
Texas Register
(23 TexReg 4222).
