§91.65(c)(2), the proposed repealed section, submitted by the Texas
Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation has been automatically
withdrawn. The repealed section as proposed appeared in the August 14, 1998,
issue of the
Texas Register
(23 TexReg 8347).
