To be Justice of the Court of Appeals, Fourteenth Court of Appeals District, until the next General Election the for a term until her successor shall be duly elected and qualified: Kem Thompson Frost, 1933 Sharp Place, Houston, Texas 77019. Mr. Frost will be replacing Justice Harriet O'Neill of Houston who was elected to the Supreme Court of Texas.

To be a member of the Texas Lottery Commission for a term to expire February 1, 2005: C. Thomas Clowe, Jr., 3521 North Ridge, Waco, Texas 76710. Mr Clowe is being reappointed
