10 TAC §53.62
The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (the
Department) adopts an amendment to §53.62, concerning Amendments without
changes to the text as published in the May 21, 1999, issue of the
Texas Register
(24 TexReg 3814). This section is adopted to provide
clarification to the review and approval process for all amendments to agreements
pursuant to the Department's HOME Investment Partnerships Program.
No comments have been received regarding adoption of this amendment.
The amendment is adopted pursuant to the authority of the Texas
Government Code, Chapter 2306, which provides the Department with the authority
to adopt rules governing the administration of the Department and its programs.
This agency hereby certifies that the adoption has been reviewed
by legal counsel and found to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
