The State Aircraft Pooling Board files this notice of intention to review
Title 1, Chapter 183 (relating to Rulemaking Procedure) pursuant to the Appropriations
Act of 1997, House Bill 1, Article IX, §167. As required by §167,
the Board will accept comments regarding whether the reason for adopting each
of the rules in 1 TAC, Chapter 183 continues to exist. The deadline for comments
is 30 days after this publication in the
Texas Register
.
Any questions or written comments pertaining to this notice of intention
to review Chapter 183 should be directed to Jerry Daniels, Executive Director,

HB-1, 75th Legislature, Regular Session, 1997, the Texas Appraiser Licensing
and Certification Board proposes a review of Chapter 155, Rules Relating to
Standards of Practice. As part of the review process the Board proposes an
amendment to §155.1, Standards of Practice. The proposed amendment may
