Appointments and proclamations are also published. Appointments are published in

Appointments made March 3, 1998
To be appointed members of the TEXAS BOARD OF PLUMBING EXAMINERS for terms to 
expire September 5, 2003: Lawrence O. Lemon, Jr., P.O. Box 474, Slaton, Texas 
(replacing Stanley J. Briers of Houston whose term expired); and Walter L. 
Borgfield, Jr., 12 Wortham Circle, Lufkin, Texas 75904, (replacing Joe W. 
Campbell of Houston whose term expired).

Appointments made March 11, 1998
To be appointed to the TEXAS COUNCIL ON PURCHASING FROM PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES 
for a term to expire January 31, 2001: Arnold M. Thorner, 8031 Democracy Court, 
Spring, Texas 77379. Mr. Thorner will be filling the unexpired term of Rogelio 
Ibanez, Jr. of McAllen who resigned.

Appointments made March 12, 1998
To be appointed to the TEXAS COMMISSION OF LICENSING AND REGULATION for a term 
to expire February 1, 2001: Gina Parker, 504 Wildwood, Waco, Texas 76712. Mr. 
Parker will be filling the unexpired term of Earl L. Yeakel, III, of Austin who 
resigned. 
To be appointed members of the TEXAS HEALTHCARE INFORMATION COUNCIL: For a term 
to expire 9/1/99: Laura Puorro Stevens, 8500 Bantry Court, Plano, Texas 75025, 
(filling the unexpired term of Dresdene Flynn-White of Dallas who resigned; For 
a term to expire 9/1/01: Imogen S. Papadopoulos, 121 North Post Oak Lane, #2505, 
Houston, Texas 77-024-7714, (filling the unexpired term of Connie Blosser of 
Lubbock who resigned); For a term to expire 9/1/03: George H. Crowling, Jr.,

San Antonio, Texas 78212. Ms. Rhom will be filling the unexpired term of Irene 
Hernandez of San Antonio who resigned.

Appointments made June 15, 1998
To be appointed as CHAIRMAN of the CHILDREN'S TRUST FUND OF TEXAS COUNCIL for a 
term at the pleasure of the Governor. Ms. Crews will be replacing Dr. Peggy 
Smith of Houston as Chairman. Dr. Smith no longer serves on the council. of 
Burleson who resigned. 
To be appointed members of the TEXAS JUVENILE PROBATION COMMISSION for terms to 
expire August 31, 2003: The Honorable Cary Craft, Judge, 314th District Court, 
P.O. Box 130059, Houston, Texas 77219, (replacing Judge Eric Andell of Houston 
whose term expired); William E. (Bill) Miller, American Bank of Commerce, 3414 
63rd Street, Lubbock, Texas 79413, (replacing Victoria H. Baldwin of Austin 
whose term expired); The Honorable Mike Cantrell, Dallas county Commissioner,
