To be appointed as JUDGE OF THE 148TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT, NUECES COUNTY, 
until the next General Election and until his successor shall be duly elected 
and qualified: Robert C. Pate, 241 Bayside, Corpus Christi, Texas 78411. Mr. 
Pate will be replacing Judge Hilda Tagle of Corpus Christi who resigned.

To be appointed PRESIDING JUDGE OF THE SEVENTH ADMINISTRATIVE JUDICIAL REGION 
for a term to expire four years from date of qualification: The Honorable Dean 
Rucker, P.O. Box 50291, Midland, Texas 79710-0291: Judge Rucker will be 
replacing Judge Weldon Kirk of Sweetwater whose term expired.
To be appointed to the BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TEXAS COUNTY AND DISTRICT

McKinney of Houston who resigned.
To be appointed to the TEXAS STATE BOARD OF SOCIAL WORKER EXAMINERS for a term

Texas 77843. Ms. Heller will be replacing Stephen Roberts of Midland who
