Project Number 17709 has been assigned to the review of these rule sections. As part of this review process, the commission is proposing the repeal of sec.23.59 and sec.23.100 and is proposing new rule sec.25.301 relating to Nuclear Decommissioning Trusts in Chapter 25 of this title (relating to Substantive Rules Applicable to Electric Service Providers); and sec.26.161 relating to Electronic Publishing in Chapter 26 of this title (relating to Substantive Rules Applicable to Telecommunications Service Providers) to replace these rule sections.
