Appointments Made February 6, 1995
    To be a member of the Public Utility Commission of Texas for a term to 
expire September 1, 1995: Patrick Henry Wood, III, 6000 Shepherd Mountain Cove, 
#311, Austin, Texas 78730. Mr. Wood will be filling the unexpired term of Karl 
R. Rabago of Austin who resigned.
    On February 2, the name of Dr. John H. Park, Jr. of Euless, Texas, was 
submitted for appointment to the State Board of Dental Examiners for a term to 
expire February 1, 2001. I hereby withdraw Dr. Park's nomination for this board 
and request that the Senate return this me.
    To be a member of the State Board of Dental Examiners for a term to expire 
February 1, 2001: David O. Olson, D.D.S., 180 Tiger Lily, Bridge City, Texas 
77611. Dr. Olson is being appointed pursuant to Senate Bill Number 18, 74th 
Legislature, Regular Session, and will be replacing John H. Park, Jr., D.D.S, 
whose name is being withdrawn.
