 As required by Texas Civil Statutes, Article 6252-13a, sec.6, the Texas 
Register publishes executive orders issued by the Governor of Texas. 
Appointments and proclamations are also published. Appointments are published in 
chronological order. Additional information on documents submitted for

Appointments Made October 27, 1994
      To be a member of the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners District 
Review Committee for District III for a term to expire January 15, 2000: Robert 
Allan Watson, 3789 Arroyo, Fort Worth, Texas 76109. Mr. Watson will be replacing 
Carolyn Moorhouse of Seymour whose term expired.
      To be a member of the Governing Committee of the Workers' Compensation 
Insurance Facility for a term to expire February 1, 1997: J. Earl Beckman, P.O. 
Box 2307, Longview, Texas 75606. Mr. Beckman is being appointed to a new 
position pursuant to the Insurance Code, Article 5.76-2.
      To be a member of the Firefighters' Relief and Retirement Fund Board of 
Trustees for a term to expire September 1, 1999: Robert Barrett, 810 SW Avenue 
K, Seminole, Texas 79360. Mr. Barrett is being reappointed.
      To be a member of the Firefighters' Relief and Retirement Fund Board of 
Trustees for a term to expire September 1, 1999: Jennifer Armstrong, 205 North 
Willow, Mansfield, Texas 76063. Mr. Armstrong is being reappointed.
      To be a member of the Texas Diabetes Council for a term to expire February 
1, 1996: Sarah E. Villegas, 5411 Princess Donna, San Antonio, Texas 78229. Ms. 
Villegas will be filling the unexpired term of Julie Meyer of San Antonio who 
resigned.
      To be a member of the Family Practice Residency Advisory Committee for a 
term to expire August 29, 1997: Tamara J. Cowen, 223 Creekbend, Brownsville, 
Texas 78521. Ms. Cowen will be replacing Lillie Aguilar of Lubbock whose term 
expired.
      To be a member of the Texas Council on Workforce and Economic 
Competitiveness for a term to expire September 1, 1997: The Reverend John 
William Wauters, Santa Fe Episcopal Church, 1108 Brunswick, San Antonio, Texas 
78210. Reverend Wauters will be filling the unexpired term of Sr. Pearl Ceasar 
of San Antonio who resigned.

Appointments Made October 28, 1994
      To be a member of the Board of Protective and Regulatory Services for a 
term to expire February 1, 1997: Judith B. McDonald, 1615 Redbud, Nacogdoches, 
Texas 75916. Ms. McDonald will be filling the unexpired term of Gabrielle 
McDonald of San Antonio who resigned.
      To be a member of the Texas Rehabilitation Commission for a term to expire 
August 31, 1999,: Jerry Kane, P.O. Box 9254, Corpus Christi, Texas 78469. Mr. 
Kane is being reappointed.
      To be a member of the Teacher Retirement System of Texas Board of Trustees 
for a term to expire August 31, 1995: Ronald G. Steinhart, P.O. Box 655415, 
Dallas, Texas 75265-5415. Mr. Steinhart will be filling the unexpired term of 
Dub Riter of Tyler who resigned.
      To be a member of the University of Houston Board of Regents for a term to 
expire for a term to expire August 31, 1997: Elyse Lanier, 2121 Kirby Drive, 
#90, Houston, Texas 77019. Mrs. Lanier will be filling the unexpired term of 
John J. Moores of Sugar Land who resigned.
      To be a member of the Texas Lottery Commission for a term to expire for a 
term to expire February 1, 1995: Jan Hart, 11443 West Ricks Circle, Dallas, 
Texas 75230, Ms. Hart will be filling the unexpired term of Jan Fisher Greaves 
of Midland who resigned.

Appointments Made October 31, 1994
      To be a member of the Texas Lottery Commission for a term to serve at the 
pleasure of the Governor. Mr. Sadberry will be replacing Jan Fisher Greaves of 
Odessa as presiding officer. Ms. Greaves is no longer on the commission.
      To be a member of the Texas State Board of Examiners of Perfusionists for 
a term to expire February 1, 1995: Carlos H. Corral, M. D., 733 West Lake, El 
Paso, Texas 79912. Dr. Corral is being appointed to a new position pursuant to 
House Bill 1835, sec.4, 73rd Legislature.
      To be a member of the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners for a term 
to expire September 5, 1997: Joe W. Campbell, Oil, Chemical and Atomic Workers 
Local 4-227, 2306 Broadway, Houston, Texas 77012. Mr. Campbell is being 
reappointed.
      To be a member of the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board 
for a term to expire January 31, 1996: Hayden Woodard, P.O. Box 87, Junction, 
Texas 76849. Mr. Woodard will be replacing Janie Kobes of Conroe whose term 
expired.
      To be a member of the Radiation Advisory Board for a term to expire April 
16, 1999: Frances Gonzales, Thomason Hospital, 4815 Alameda, El Paso, Texas 
79905, Ms. Gonzales will be replacing Ben McKibbens of Harlingen who resigned.
      To be a member of the Hospital Licensing Advisory Council for a term to 
expire December 7, 1999: Ronald D. Stephen, M.D., 901 Shady Lane, Mexia, Texas 
76667. Dr. Stephens, will be replacing Dr. Bruce Purdy of Muleshoe whose term 
expired.
      To be a member of the Hospital Licensing Advisory Council for a term to 
expire December 7, 1999: Larry M. Graham, 55 Woodland Loop, Round Rock, Texas 
78664. Mr. Graham is being reappointed.
      To be a member of the Hospital Licensing Advisory Council for a term to 
expire December 7, 1999: James W. Beard, Jr., 7410 West Fuga, Missouri City, 
Texas 77489. Mr. Beard will be replacing Donald G. Lewis of Athens whose term 
expired.
      To be a member of the Rio Grande Regional Review Committee for a term to 
expire January 1, 1995: The Honorable Annie L. Bradshaw, Mayor of Presidio, P.O. 
Box 1130, Presidio, Texas 79845-1130. Mayor Bradshaw will be replacing Monroe 
Elms of Presidio whose term expired.
      To be a member of the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission for a term 
at the pleasure of the Governor: Stephanie Marcus Newell, 54 Legend Lane, 
Houston, Texas 77024. Ms. Newell will be serving on the Regulatory Practices 
Committee.
      To be a member of the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission for a term 
at the pleasure of the Governor: Larry J. Gunn, MidCon Texas Pipeline 
Corporation, P.O. Box 4758, Houston, Texas 77210-4758. Mr. Gunn will be serving 
on the Regulatory Practices Committee.
      To be a member of the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission for a term 
at the pleasure of the Governor: Samuel H. Charlton, III, American Oil and Gas 
Corporation, 333 Clay Street, #2000, Houston, Texas 77002. Mr. Charlton will be 
serving on the Energy Resources Committee.
      To be a member of the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission for a term 
at the pleasure of the Governor: William F. (Bill) Ward, Meridian Oil Inc., 5051 
Westheimer, Suite 1400, Houston, Texas 77056-2124. Mr. Ward will be serving on 
the Energy Resources Committee.
      To be a member of the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission for a term 
at the pleasure of the Governor: Patrick J. Nugent, Association of Texas 
Intrastate Natural Gas Pipelines, 604 West 14th Street, Austin, Texas 78701. Mr. 
Nugent will be serving on the Energy Resources Committee.
