    As required by Texas Civil Statutes, Article 6252-13a, sec.6, the Texas 
Register publishes executive orders issued by the Governor of Texas. 
Appointments and proclamations are also published. Appointments are published in 
chronological order. Additional information on documents submitted for

Appointments Made September 21, 1994
      To be a member of the Real Estate Research Advisory Committee for a term 
to expire January 31, 1999: John P. Schneider, Jr., 3703 Speedway, Austin, Texas 
78705. Mr. Schneider will be replacing Tom Wilder of Euless whose term expired.
       To be a member of the State Board of Examiners of Dietitians for a term 
to expire September 1, 1999: Lucille DiDomenico, 704 Loch Lomond Drive, 
Arlington, Texas 76012. Ms. DiDomenico will be replacing Lydia Damrel of Vidor 
whose term expired.
       To be a member of the State Board of Examiners of Dietitians for a term 
to expire September 1, 1995: Ethelind S. Gibson, 3601 East Starr Avenue, 
Nacogdoches, Texas 75962. Ms. Gibson will be filling the unexpired term of Jean 
Vier of Austin who resigned.
       To be a member of the State Board of Examiners of Dietitians for a term 
to expire September 1, 1997: Ada Harden, 1700 Meander Drive, Austin, Texas 
78721. Ms. Harden will be replacing Dr. Johnnie R. Stripling of Tyler whose term 
expired.
       To be a member of the State Board of Examiners of Dietitians for a term 
to expire September 1, 1999: Margarette Leggitt Harden, Ph.D., Route 6, Box 247, 
Lubbock, Texas 79423. Dr. Harden will be replacing Alana Webb of Austin who is 
deceased.
       To be a member of the State Board of Examiners of Dietitians for a term 
to expire September 1, 1999: Helen P. O'Reilly, 5200 Seascape Lane, Plano, Texas 
75093. Ms. O'Reilly is being reappointed.

Appointments Made September 23, 1994
      To be a member of the Texas Judicial Council for a term to expire February 
1, 1995: The Honorable William G. Arnot, III, 773 Rivercrest Drive, Abilene, 
Texas 79604. Justice Arnot will be filling the unexpired term of Orlando L. 
Garcia of San Antonio who resigned.
       To be a member of the Texas Commission on Human Rights for a term to 
expire September 24, 1999: Reverend Ransom Howard, First Sixth Street Baptist 
Church, 548 Lincoln Avenue, Port Arthur, Texas 77640. Reverend Howard will be 
replacing Rae Schollmaier of Fort Worth whose term expired.

Appointments Made September 26, 1994
      To be a member of the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission for a term 
at the pleasure of the Governor: Randolph C. Bruton, Jr., Mitchell Energy 
Corporation, 2001 Timberloch Place, The Woodlands, 77380. Mr. Bruton will be 
serving on the Energy Resources Committee.

Appointments Made September 28, 1994
      To be a member of the Polygraph Examiners Board for a term to expire June 
18, 1999: Lieutenant Michael C. Gougler, Texas Department of Public Safety, P.O. 
Box 4087, Austin, Texas 78773-0001. Lieutenant Gougler will be filling the 
unexpired term of William J. Taylor of Austin who resigned.
       To be a member of the State Committee of Examiners in the Fitting and 
Dispensing of Hearing Instruments for a term to expire December 31, 1999: Andrew 
M. Pena, 7921 Morley, El Paso, Texas 79925. Mr. Pena is being appointed to a new 
position pursuant to Senate Bill 953, 73rd Legislature.
       To be a member of the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners District 
Review Committee for District I for a term to expire January 15, 2000: Thomas A. 
Reiser, 6441 Edloe, Houston, Texas 77005. Mr. Reiser will be replacing Clara 
Humbert Haney of Houston whose term expired.
       To be a member of the Small Business Stationary Source Assistance Program 
Compliance Panel for a term at the pleasure of the Governor: David L. Mendez, 
134 Beverly Lane, Bellaire, Texas 77401. Mr. Mendez is being appointed to a new 
position pursuant to Vernon's Health and Safety Code, sec.382.0365.
       To be a member of the Small Business Stationary Source Assistance Program 
Compliance Panel for a term at the pleasure of the Governor: Albert Apodaca, 
4019 Little Lane, El Paso, Texas 79922. Mr. Apodaca is being appointed to a new 
position pursuant to Vernon's Health and Safety Code, sec.382.0365.
