     As required by Texas Civil Statutes, Article 6252-13a, sec.6, the Texas 
Register publishes executive orders issued by the Governor of Texas. 
Appointments and proclamations are also published. Appointments are published in 
chronological order. Additional information on documents submitted for

Appointments Made August 12, 1994
      To be a member of the Texas Historical Commission for a term to expire 
February 1, 1994, 1999: John Elliott Preston, 510 Avenue J Southeast, Childress, 
Texas 79201. Mr. Preston will be filling the unexpired term of Willie Lee Glass 
of Tyler, who resigned.
      To be a member of the Texas Incentive and Productivity Commission for a 
term to expire February 1, 1996: Bill B. Cobb, 45 Palmer Lane, Wimberley, Texas 
78676. Mr. Cobb is being reappointed.
      To be a member of the Texas State Board of Examiners of Perfusionists 
pursuant to House Bill Number 1835, sec.4, 73rd Legislature:   Terms expire 
February 1, 1995: Celeste Langley, 9236 Church Street #1027, Dallas, Texas 
75231; Willie Randolph, 3110 Tilden Street, Houston, Texas 77025.   Terms expire 
February 1, 1997: Sammie Lou Bricker, 3420 22nd Place, Lubbock, Texas 79410; Joe

      To be a member of the Maternal and Child Health Advisory Committee  for a 
term to expire August 31, 1999: Kellie Housewright Smith, 421 West San Antonio 
Street, L#3, San Marcos, Texas 78666. Ms. Smith is being reappointed.
      To be a member of the Maternal and Child Health Advisory Committee  for a 
term to expire August 31, 1999: Linda L. Rath, 2317 Kingsway Drive, League City, 
Texas 77573. Ms. Rath will be replacing Peggy Troy of Fort Worth, whose term 
expired.
      To be a member of the Lower Rio Grande Valley Regional Review Committee 
for a term to expire January 1, 1995: The Honorable Clifton Smith, P.O. Box 562, 
Raymondville, Texas 78580. Commissioner Smith will be replacing Mary Lou 
Martinez of Lyford, who is no longer eligible.
      To be a member of the Houston-Galveston Regional Review Committee for a 
term to expire January 1, 1995: The Honorable Nydia D. Thomas, P.O. Box 896, 
Cleveland, Texas 77328-0896. Councilmember Thomas will be replacing Judge 
Dempsie Henley of Liberty, who retired.

Appointments Made August 15, 1994
      To be a member of the On-Site Wastewater Treatment Research Council for a 
term to expire September 1, 1995: B. L. Harris, Ph.D., 3710 Windridge, Bryan, 
Texas 77802. Dr. Harris is being reappointed.
      To be a member of the Trinity River Authority of Texas Board of Directors 
for a term to expire March 15, 1997: Denny K. Kramer, 8213 Jerrie Jo, Fort 
Worth, Texas 76180. Mr. Kramer will be filling the unexpired term of Stephen L. 
Tatum of Fort Worth, who resigned.
      To be a member of the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists for 
a term to expire October 31, 1999: Jane Halebian, 6424 Patrick Drive, Dallas, 
Texas 75214. Ms. Halebian will be replacing Dr. John Sell of Dallas, whose term 
expired.
      To be a member of the General Services Commission for a term to expire 
January 31, 1995: Henry H. Gilmore, 8703 Camelia Lane, Austin, Texas 78759. Mr. 
Gilmore will be filling the unexpired term of Lee Elliott Brown of Houston who 
resigned.
      To be a member of the Texas State Board of Examiners of Perfusionists for 
a term to expire February 1, 1999: James O. Fines, III, 2909 Harder Lane, 
Arlington, Texas 76016. Mr. to a new position pursuant to House Bill 1835,  
sec.4, 73rd Legislature.

Appointments Made August 17, 1994
      To be a member of the Texas State Board of Podiatry Examiners  for a term 
to expire July 10, 1999: Mervin E. Perry, 2402 Lancaster Drive, Austin, Texas 
78748. Colonel Perry will be replacing Betty Walker of Odessa, whose term 
expired.
      To be a member of the Central Colorado River Authority Board of Directors 
for a term to expire February 1, 1999: Sharlene Fay Taylor, 1505 Hillcrest, 
Coleman, Texas. 76834. Ms. Taylor will be replacing Nick Knox of Coleman, whose 
term expired.
      To be a member of the Central Colorado River Authority Board of Directors 
for a term to expire February 1, 1999: Patty S. Gordon, P.O. Box 293, Coleman, 
Texas 76834. Ms. Gordon will be replacing Clifford Horn of Talpa, whose term 
expired.
